Bake-O-Glide™ non-slip silicone coated work surface suitable for rolling out all forms of pastry, marzipan or sugar paste. Also suitable for chocolate work and kneading dough. The mat comes printed with handy conversion charts, circle guides and metric and imperial rulers; all of which help to take the guesswork out of baking and cooking.
This silicone mat is effective in temperatures from -40 degC to 250 degC.
Clean your silicone mat with a damp, soft sponge, then rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess ater and dry in open air. A mild detergent or soap may be used if needed.
Note: A slight oily residue after washing is normal, as is a slight discoloration. Foods with a strong flavour may leave a trace/scent on the silicone mat. Once clean and dry, store the silicone mat flat or rolled.
