After being harvested, the grapes are stemmed and crushed. Puerta Vieja Crianza Selección is fermented using new control technologies before undergoing a long maceration. Puerta Vieja Crianza Selección is finally aged for 18 months in new American oak barrels. Before being marketed, this wine is aged for six months in bottle.
